“For fast acting relief, try slowing down.”

" The World is Changing Rapidly. "

In today’s fast-paced culture of productivity,  it’s hard to take time for yourself.  We live in a fast-paced environment and feel like time is getting away too fast, that there is not enough of it, and that we must pedal faster and faster to keep up with the times.

However, I believe in the importance of slowing down. That’s why I advise my patients to take a calm, deliberate approach to healthcare by slow living.

“…slow living is not about living your life in slow motion; it’s about doing everything at the right speed and pacing instead of rushing. By that same logic, slow living is not about losing time by going slowly; it’s about gaining time by doing the things that are most important to you.”
